Passive vs. Active Post Integration Techniques-

After a 9D session, your body is still releasing and integrating what it experienced.. Here are a few of the ways you can support your body in the following days:

Active Integration Techniques-

  • Journaling about your experince- Writing down thoughts, emotions, and insights gained during the session helps clarify and solidify the experience. Journaling can be a powerful tool for processing and making sense of what emerged.

  • Talk Therapy- Therapy or Counseling: Engaging with a therapist or counselor can provide a structured environment for deeper exploration and understanding of the experience.

  • Creative Expression: Activities like drawing, painting, or music allow for the expression of emotions and insights in a non-verbal, creative manner.

  • Movement Practices: Conscious dancing, yoga, or other forms of mindful movement can help release any residual energy and integrate the session's insights into the body.

Integration at your own pace

Remember, integration is not a race — your body and nervous system will process at their own pace. Some insights may land immediately, while others may unfold gently over days or even weeks. Be patient and compassionate with yourself during this time.

You are not alone in this process. This community is a safe space for sharing, connecting, and supporting one another as we all walk this healing path together. If anything comes up for you — emotions, questions, or even moments of uncertainty — please reach out. I’m here for you.

As a reminder, I offer a FREE integration session to all 9D clients who have attended one of my classes. This is a dedicated space for you to process, ask questions, and feel fully supported in your journey. You can email me directly at lauren@lwscoaching.com to schedule.

Your healing matters. You matter. 💛

After care following a 9D Somatic session

"After a breathwork journey, it's important to remember that the experience doesn’t end when the session does. Sometimes, emotions, sensations, or memories may arise as part of the integration process, and that’s completely normal. If you feel any discomfort or unexpected emotions in the hours or days ahead, be gentle with yourself. Take time to rest, journal, or practice grounding techniques like deep breathing or walking. If needed, reach out for support — either to me or to someone you trust. Remember, everything you're feeling is part of your healing, and it’s important to give yourself the space to process it at your own pace. I'm right here if you need support. 💛 Lauren
